If you know how to write and get your ideas out clearly, you don't have much to worry about. And even if you don't know right away, you will after a year or two. I have taken classes (albeit summer) at some other elite schools and found that the reading/writing skills Midd pushes on its freshmen and sophomores definitely pays dividends, as the classes were on par with the few very easy Midd courses.
