UT has 6th street. Need I say anything more? Blocks and blocks of bars. Maggie Mae's Thursday nights are great, Logan's has the Big Ass Beers, and there's always something new. Be sure to check out "Study Breaks" Magazine for the chart of where the specials are going to be each week. Closer to campus, Cain and Ables $1 beer night on Tuesdays, Posse East has deals on Pitchers on Wednesday, just learn them all. If you like downtown but get tired of 6th street, try out the bars on 4th. Its a slightly older crowd (recent grads thru young 30's) but still as much fun. What counts if where you and your friends have fun, everyone will find their place.
