I am ecstatic! I got in too late to get anything remotely on-campus, so I did a search for private rental. I found a gorgeous little 3 bedroom home two blocks away from campus. I signed for it and immediately posted a "house-mate" wanted sign in the dorms. Now I have two great housemates who are both from out-of-state like me and both working part-time to pay their own way like me too. We get along great, we each have our own bedrooms and the rent divided by three means it's really cheap! I thought it would be really difficult to get something so close to campus - but it wasn't. What a great find!
