For one thing, I don't think that you can study in your room especially when your roommate is around. I always wonder why he does not need to study or revise for his exams. Is he a genius? Whether that is a fact or not, I just got to find a quiet place for me to study. Hmmm, libraries will top my list in such an endeavor. The Biosciences Library, Howison Philosophy Library and Language Dept. Library seem to be some decent choices. If you are someone who like open space and like to be among the trees, then check out Grinnell Natural Area. Or the Heller Lounge which is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can also take some naps in one of the couches or seats at the many long tables there.
