Plenty to do around the University of Texas in Austin. This is a happening town. The bars are jumping and the beer is flowing. You don't have to look hard to find a party either. Plenty of good restaurants to eat out with your friends as well. Lots of good clubs to go dancing at. Over all I give the night life here in Austin an eight on a scale from one to ten. This is not LA or Dallas but you can keep busy here. The shopping is pretty good too. Prices are not as high as in a major city.
