I'll admit it. Maybe I am a bit of a nerd but I love books and the Berkeley library is my home away from home. I'm addicted to books, all kinds, fiction, non fiction, texts. What better place to be around books than in a library where I can feed my addiction. When I go in I tell myself not to stay more than a few hours but I end up staying practically the whole day. I start out by looking for the books I need for papers and my courses but somehow I end up reading about Mt. Everest and mountain climbing. Libraries are dangerous for me. I have to walk in and put some kind of visor over my eyes and just go to the section I have to go to, grab only the books I need and then leave. But I can't. Berkeley has a fine library and it calls to me all the time.
