I wish they would open a Cafe Intermezzo in Oakland-it's the perfect spot if you're craving a yummy salad or sandwich. The portions are enormous so it's good for sharing or taking home half your meal for later. Their chicken salad sandwich is AWESOME and so is their tomato bisque soup when they have it (soup selection changes daily). The honey wheat bread is yummy! The only downside of this place is that it's PACKED at peak hours, BUT if you just go a few minutes before noon or wait till after 2pm then it's no problem. It's located very close to campus, right on Telegraph and next to Raleigh's. Don't forget to swing by the ATM before you go to Intermezzo-they only accept cash.
