The weather is sunny. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes there are small winds, sometimes there aren't. If you want to get a perfect tan, then this is the place to be. If you hate winter and cold, then this is the place to be. Everybody knows California weather rules supreme! If you've got sensitive skin, or, for some reason, you hate the sun, then you might want to reconsider. Other than that, I don't see any problems with the weather. It's all fine and dandy.
