Foreign students are welcome to Berkeley. We've got people from all over the world here, and it would be incredibly cool if you could come too. I'm not saying this is going to be easy peasy, no sir. But if you've got what it takes, if you're Berkeley material, then jump in. If you're a great athlete, you stand even more chances of getting in. Life at Berkeley is beautiful, and people are incredibly friendly. You too can live the American dream, you just need to apply and prove that you're good enough for this beautiful University.
