With the location and it's proximity to SF and everywhere else finding work is not really a difficult thing to do. It really helps and looks good on your application and or resume to say you are going to Stanford too, but, do not think that means you are going to get some CEO position lol that just will not happen. Over all though people seem to be quite willing to give you work. There are also a few opportunities on campus to find work to help pay for tuition and things of that nature. I never personally got into any on campus work but did hear about it from others on campus so unfortunately I can't say what it entails. So, really no work worries if you are heading to Stanford and are going to have to find a J.O.B.
