Obviously, the program grants scholarship to new American students of different nationals. The aim is to encourage new American students to achieve leadership in their chosen field. New American means person who is a Green Card holder; or born to naturalized citizen parents; or naturalized as a US citizen. Aspirants should not be older than 30 years old and have completed a Bachelor’s degree or should be in senior years of undergraduate study. Scholars are annually granted $20,000 as maintenance a funding and tuition grant of $16,000 in maximum.
