Most of your classes can be a bit crowded so you are not always given the opportunity to really get to know each one of your professors. Some though do try and take the time or, more befitting, make the time to get to know their students. Even without the one on one attention it is easy to see that every single professor you run across definitely knows what they are doing and you will benefit from it greatly should you opt to come to UT.
