My first semester in college I was sucked into the parting scene. It was my first experience of being away from home and living on my own. At that time there it was ladies night on Wed nights. My roommates and I would all look forward to heading to the local bar to let loose on ladies night. What an awesome time we always had! Wed nights out lead me to getting up late on Thursday mornings. This lead to me missing my early class on Thursdays more often than not. Not thinking anything of this, I continued to enjoy ladies night every week. By then end of the semester, I realized that I was so far behind in that class it was over! Getting sucked into the party scene put me so far behind I actually failed the class! So be forewarned....it is a blast going out and partying, but don't let it interfere with your classes.
