I love Boston weather, but it does get a bit hot in the summers. It's not a humid hot, but a dry hot. Nonetheless, it does get high 90s at times. I personally enjoy the seasons; cold winters, hot summers, so it doesn't bother me. If you're not used to it, you will. Great sitting outside and having a beer on the patio.
