Mike Kim
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Mike founded YOLLEGE, Inc. in August of 2007.

Prior to YOLLEGE, Mike was Founder and President of University Passport. UP was a premier college touring company that offered college bound students and their parents all inclusive day trips to colleges throughout California. While running this company, Mike developed the idea to create a site that would allow college students to voice their opinions on various issues pertaining to their school. During the transition period from UP, Mike reunited with former UC Davis lacrosse teammate ,Dan Greenberg, to build YOLLEGE.

Yollege.com went live April 23rd, 2008.

Mike holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communications from the University of California, Davis. (The Greatest University Ever.)

Dan Greenberg
Chief Operating Officer

Dan co-founded YOLLEGE, Inc. with former UC Davis Lacrosse teammate Mike Kim.

Prior to YOLLEGE, Dan was an assistant account manager in Los Angeles. He left his position there in the December of 2006 for a job on the UC Davis campus so that he could begin work with Mike. Upon completing his interim job as a Campus Recreation Director, he moved to Los Angeles and began full time work on YOLLEGE. It was then that he and Mike began work on online community for current and future college students.

Dan holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Bud Austin
Chief Financial Officer

Bud joined YOLLEGE in November 2007.

Previously, Bud spent three years as the CFO for Telemac Cellular Corporation, a software startup which was sold to Phillips Electronics in 1995. Bud was also the CFO for Morgan Graphics, a graphic arts/electronics company from 1990 to 1992 and prior to that he was the CFO for Landsing Corporation, and its Institutional Properties Trusts, publicly traded REITs. While at Landsing, Bud was part of the team that took 5 REITs public in the mid ‘80s.

Bud holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from California State Fullerton.

Interesting Fact: Bud likes numbers.
